Or maybe you forgot your iCloud login details? Or maybe it has been blacklisted based on the IMEI number? All of the above-mentioned situations render the iPhone unusable. So how do you unlock your phone to take full advantage of its features and network availability? Read the article and find a solution to your problem.

    Locked Password

If you have blocked your password by entering the wrong code too many times, you will see a message that the device is turned off. If you forgot your password, you will have to reset it, which will also perform a factory reset.
If you have a backup, you will be able to restore your data and settings after resetting your iPhone. If, on the other hand, you haven’t backed up your iPhone before you forgot your password, it won’t be possible to save your data. Please follow the steps below to remove the iPhone password.

    Remove password from:

    • iPhone from 8 series and higher
      • Recovery Mode
Press and hold the side button and one of the volume buttons until the option to turn off appears. Drag the slider to turn off iPhone successfully. Now connect your iPhone to the computer by holding down the side button until the screen shows recovery mode, where you will be able to smoothly accomplish a hard reset.
      • iTunes
What do you need to successfully factory reset using iTunes?
        • PC with the latest version of iTunes
        • Charging cable.
        • iPhone with the latest version of iOS.

If you are sure you have the latest updates, use the charging cable to connect your device to your computer. You may be asked for your screen unlock code, then tap Trust Device. When iTunes starts automatically, you will be able to choose the devices you want to reset from the list. At this point, choose Restore iPhone. Finally, confirm that you want to continue. Ideally, at this point, your iPhone has been successfully restored.
      • DFU
DFU stands for Device Firmware Update that reloads device software and firmware. As such, it’s an even deeper recovery mode than the recovery mode Apple describes on its website. To troubleshoot your device, we will perform a DFU restore as per the instructions below.
        • Connect your device to your computer with a USB cable.
        • Press and hold the Home button and the Lock button at the same time.
        • After 8 seconds, release the Lock button while holding down the Home button.
          • If the Apple logo appears, the lock button was held down too long.
        • Nothing will be displayed on the screen when the device is in DFU mode. If it is open, iTunes will warn you that the device has been detected in recovery mode.
          • If the device displays a screen prompting you to connect the device to iTunes, try the following steps again.
        • To exit DFU mode quick-press the Volume Up button, after that quick-press the Volume Down button, and then hold down the Side button until the device reboots.

If you had a backup of your iPhone, restore your data and settings after removing the code.

    SIMLOCK Blockade

Your phone may be blocked by a mobile network service provider, the so-called SIMLOCK. If you want to use your iPhone with another service provider, it is necessary to remove the SIMLOCK. In this case, you need to contact the carrier or look for available SIMLOCK removal services that are available on the network. Just enter “SIMLOCK unlock service” in the browser search.

    iCloud Locked

If you forgot your iCloud account password and are unable to log in, you can try to recover it via https://www.icloud.com/, or you can use third-party companies whose services are available online, but not always this method is effective.
